Sober Chat Has Arrived!

Now you can chat live with other members using our live chat toolbar located at the bottom of every page. In addition to sober chat the toolbar also offers a site search, facebook and twitter applications as well as notifications to keep you updated on what is new at SobrietyLive! To start a new sober chat, simply click on the tab located on the lower right hand corner of the toolbar. Login using your nickname or Facebook login.

If you are having problems loading the toolbar or chat, please feel free to contact us in the sober forums. The big book of AA tells us in the forward to the fourth addition that people with computers can participate in online meetings. If you find our live chat useful for this purpose then more power to you. It is my belief that if you are able to go to a meeting in person, there is no alternative. Our chat was designed to connect live with people in recovery in order to share our experience, strength and hope. We hope you enjoy our new addition!
